Fashion Futures: AI, IP & The Digital Wardrobe
Join The Fashion Law Edit at Samsung KX for the next edition of the Fashion Futures event series — an evening exploring the rapidly evolving relationship between fashion, artificial intelligence, intellectual property and digital innovation.
From AI-generated designs and digital fashion to personalised shopping experiences and the emerging concept of the digital wardrobe, technology is transforming almost every stage of the fashion ecosystem. But with these opportunities come important questions: Who owns AI-generated work? What happens to creativity when technology becomes part of the design process? How should brands navigate the commercial and legal risks? And what might the future of fashion look like when our wardrobes become increasingly digital?

Cancelled or Just Complicated?"— Reputation & PR Crises in the Digital Age
Getting "cancelled" isn't a legal term but a lot of what happens during a reputational crisis absolutely can be. From viral callouts to brand backlash, defamation claims to PR fallout, the line between what's genuinely risky and what's just internet noise is often misunderstood — by creators, founders, and brands alike.
The Fashion Law Edit x Jaqkodí : The Mongolian Fur Clutch Masterclass, July 25th
The Mongolian Fur Clutch Masterclass
A hands-on masterclass in bag making — for those who want to make, not just wear.
We're teaming up with Jaqkodí for a session that brings craftsmanship right into your hands. Ever wanted to create your own statement bag? This is that session.
We're inviting the TFLE community into the Jaqkodí studio for a hands-on evening where you'll construct your own Mongolian fur clutch — start to finish — through guided techniques and expert finishing methods.
This is an intermediate-level workshop, best suited to those with basic sewing machine confidence and some prior experience with simple garment or accessory construction.
You'll begin by building the structure of the bag itself, then move through the construction details that bring it all together — lining installation, zip application and finishing techniques, alongside working with Mongolian fur to achieve its signature oversized, textured look. That volume and texture is what gives the piece its exaggerated, medium-sized silhouette — bold, elevated, unmistakably statement.
By the end of the session, you'll leave with a fully finished Mongolian fur clutch and practical construction skills to keep exploring independently.
Places are intentionally limited — this is an intimate studio setting, designed for focused learning, creativity and hands-on guidance throughout.
Workshop Price: £100 per person
What You'll Learn
